Ruby 2.7 on GitHub Actions

I set up a GitHub Actions CI build.

The program is a simple Ruby library, no dependencies to database, no external Web API calls. Writing the action definition was not very difficult.

The most difficult part was to find the best way to run the test on all of Ruby 2.6.5, 2.7, and the HEAD version. I’d like to share it with you.

Using the matrix, I run three tests for each Ruby version. 🍻
