a new cycle

Shedding out of darkness
Moving out of grief
The new dawn now awaits
Clashing sounds of waves,
Now they cleanse and help you let go
For you traveller, the shore you see
Is the new land
The land of abundance.

Dear Reader,

This is a special poem to me, because recently I have been trying to let go of a lot, including fear, I heard this quote once which was “Do you fear, fear or do you fear it more from what it can keep you from?” And it is very interesting, because clearly we all have issues, but doesn’t it hurt more when you would like to be doing those things, and it just lives up in the dream world because you are still fearing it?

So here is a little note to in courage you if you are reading this, you are enough, you can do it and just try, sometimes the fear of failing or whatever comes to your mind, it’s just our response and patterns of thought, so give yourself that kindness, that courage action to really go for what you would like. I encourage you today. Embrace the lion inside you. I write for you, but mostly this is a note for myself.
