As time passed, they graduated to heavier and intense workouts.

Henry’s commitment and Rajit’s dedication made him lose 3 kgs of weight and 4% body fat in 3 weeks’ time. By this point Rajit was more knowledgeable and brimming with gratitude and commitment. He didn’t want to get out of the habit of staying fitter, maintaining the correct body posture and doing suitable exercises to eradicate any pain in the future.
