A Meditation

If your mind is free from fright
Is there anything to write?

When there’s nothing left to say
Can you simply walk away?

In silence we can sit
And contemplate a nit

Or watch the clouds float by.

Smell the garden.
Feel the earth.

In a barefoot moment of mirth.
